The Body Shop Moisture Foundation Review

I recently had a great offer for The Body Shop, which was spend £30 and receive an item worth £13. So I picked up the Moisture Foundation SPF 15 in the lightest shade they have 02, for 30ml it costs £13 .

The texture of this product is great its light and non sticky, which means it smooths onto my skin really evenly giving me a natural look. It is non perfumed which I love as well as having added SPF 15 as there is nothing worse then a burnt nose, overall it's a great product.

I've been using it for around a month now and noticed it hasn't given me any spot's and doesn't dry out my skin, I've also noticed I can add other products to my face i.e blusher, concealer and not smudge or ruin my foundation. It seems to last for around 6 hour's so I do need to re apply if I'm doing stuff after work,  but overall it lasts for a good period of the day.

This is me at the end of a 7 hour work shift!

So if you can afford the £13 price tag then I would definitely recommend this product, it's been great for me so far!

Nicki Minaj Pink Friday Perfume Review

I'll be 100% honest I'm not a fan of Nicki Minaj but her perfume just happens to smell amazing, I am however a huge fan of different and weird perfume bottle's and this one is pretty awesome! It's a lovely glass bottle with a plastic top of Nicki's head which slides off easily. The perfume was released in March 2013 so prices are reasonable I brought the 50ml for £28.50 as the 30ml was £23.50 so for an extra £5 I received as extra 20ml which was a great little saving. You can also pick up 100ml for £38.50 which is an amazing saving! But I was happy with my 50ml bottle so I stuck with that one =]

The scent is rather sweet but with a musky tone to it as well, it goes great for everyday wear and for a night out just add a few more spritz. I have had a work colleague ask what perfume I had one and she did go out and buy it the next day, so it is a great little perfume! I would suggest even if you are not a fan of Nicki Minaj just to have a little spray next time you pass a counter as you may be pleasantly surprise =]

Do you have any favourite scents I should try out?

My Favourite Jewelry Pieces

I love to dress an outfit with jewelry and have some bit's and pieces I thought I would share with you all, Some I can remember where I brought, other where present's and other's I've had for so long I can't remember where I got them from! So I haven't been able to put prices for all the items.

I'll start with earrings  I have three which are my favorite which I try to team up with outfit's. They are my Victorian style heart earring's which I purchased in New Look for around £3 about a year ago, I always team them up with a neutral outfit as they are perfect for summer - I also adore the little diamond (fake btw!) studs around the picture. Also I have some lovely mushroom earrings I found while wondering around Stratford-Upon-Avon from a shop called Lola Blue were around £8 but I couldn't resit them as they are adorable.  My last favorite pair of earrings are ones my dad picked out for me they are a really simply crow stud set but as crow's are my favorite birds I fell in love with them! I'm not sure of the cost though or where they are from unfortunately.

I also have a thing for bow rings I have 2 really cute girly ones from a pop up shop in Banbury they cost around £2 each but they are amazing to team up with outfit's, I love to clash them with my clothes =]
I got given my third bow ring by my sister but I'm pretty sure it is from New Look, I just love how it's got a vintage edge to it and is really classic.

Now onto my necklaces  this may take a while =/ unfortunately I can't remember where I purchased any of these! So sorry in advance! But first up is my bunny necklace which as soon as I picked it up it reminded me of Alice In Wonderland, it's a lovely simple piece which goes well with most clothes. Second I have my owl which I adore, as does my little brother! It's quite big so I have to team it with really toned down outfit's but it such an adorable piece, I especially love his little face =] . I then have my reindeer necklace which is amazing, I love to wear this necklace as I get a few compliments with it on and it's also my brother's favorite (his only 5 btw haha!) but I do adore this necklace it's so different. Almost finished =p I have my strawberry necklace which at first I wasn't sure if I liked it but it has grown on me and now I wear it most day's as my day-to-day necklace. Last but not least my dragon fly which was also a present from my dad, I love this little piece. It has so much detail to it and goes well with most clothes, it's only on a short chain so it sit's just below my neck but it is pretty amazing!

Lastly I purchased some jewelry pieces from an amazing online store and beauty blogger/vlogger called Dolly Bow Bow I purchased the bow necklace £8 and daisy earrings £6. I love all the jewelry pieces from this site and it was quite hard to choose just a few but as my birthday treat I may have to have a little spending spree on this site!

I hope you enjoy this rather long post, Keep In Touch, XoXoXo

Birthday Celebration's

Happy Birthday to me! I'm now 22 years old =] I had a great birthday and thought I would blog about it. I visited Cotswold Wildlife Park, had a lovely meal out and some birthday drinks, and then opened all my presents and goodies.

First of the amazing Cotswold's it was a lovely day out luckily it didn't rain and we had a bit of sunshine, but it was great visiting all the animals and walking rounds the grounds. We were lucky enough to see the lion's being feed and the giraffes being feed. We also saw the bird displays and I got to hold an Eagle which was extremely heavy! My little brother enjoyed the park and the petting zoo (I did to! But being 22 I'm not allowed to show it haha) but it was a great family day out, here are some photo's for you to enjoy.

I then went out for a meal in Banbury to Top Wok were you can have all you can eat for £13 so me, my sister and Nicky enjoyed a lovely meal there. We then went of to De Ja Vu for cocktails and some girly giggles, it was a great little evening out. Here's some more photo's for you.

Then the next day 27th May I turned 22 and was able to open all my present's yay! I got a lovely candle from Nicky (which I may of opened at the meal ooopss) it was in Coconut Water scent which was lovely. I got a lovely watch from River Island from my sister which will be great as I won't have to check my phone now every time I need to know the time. I also got some travel goodies from Soap and Glory from my mum which will be perfect for my holiday in July. And then I got some sweet's and chocolate's as every girl loves some chocolate! I did receive some other gifts but wasn't sure if they were suitable for my blog.

But I had a lovely day and spent it with the people I love the most! XoXoXo

Lush Dragon's Egg Review

Oh wow what a great bath bomb! For £3.20 it's a great buy, I picked it up not knowing much about it as a blogger recommended I buy one and I was not let down.

Once you place it into your bath it starts to fizz and dissolve straight away, The first little surprise was some confetti petals which were visible when I picked up the bath bomb so wasn't much of a surprise but was still a lovely touch.

I then left it to swirl about and do it's thing when I noticed is started to produce some orange swirls which was lovely, as well as the citrus scent that came with the orange swirls I was one happy bunny! The scent was amazing though and seemed to get stronger as it dissolved.

The last little surprise was the popping candy ending, I was not excepting my bath to start popping so it was a lovely treat.

I am officially in love with this bath bomb! I think it must be the popping candy as I fell in love with my Fizzbanger Bath Bomb as well!

Jelly Pong Pong Fairy Lashes

This is Jelly Pong Pong's first ever mascara which came as a big surprise to me as it is made so well and is such a good product I thought it would be there tenth! It's an amazing little product as it's Water Resistant but goes on super soft and isn't too heavy on your lashes.

It doesn't have a strong mascara scent and the colour comes out quite pigmented- it's a combination of blue lake and black pigments. The brush is great it has a small tip for getting into tricky corner's but fatten's out towards the middle to add your desired amount of mascara.

Once applied onto my lashes it felt really light and almost like I had no mascara on, but look's wise it looked great. I'm extremely happy with this mascara and will be re purchasing once my sample one from GlossyBox has run out. The cost is £15 which can come across as a bit pricey but it is an amazing product, also available in Maiden a lovely warm violet shade.

Do you have any product by Jelly Pong Pong ? Let me know!

Headline Color's Poolside Party Review

Wow what a great little nail polish! I think I may almost be in love with my nails right now!

I received this sample pot in my Glossybox this month for 10ml it costs £9 which for this product I think is a reasonable price. I had not heard about Headline Colors before my Glossybox arrived but they seem like a great nail polish company, you can check out their website here Headline Colors they also have a handy blog with some great tips!

For me the best thing about the polish was it lasted for ages before getting a chip, as I work in retail my nail's always get chipped and bashed about but this polish really stood up for itself again my bashes! It was a really intense color and was really bright and fresh. I had some great compliments from work colleagues and friends =]

The dry time for this polish is great it touch dries within around a minute and a half and then I was able to apply a second coat after 3 minutes. It didn't have an overpowering smell to it and it also came off really well. As I was quite worried that as it wasn't chipping that it wouldn't come off!

I can't wait till pay day to try out some more color's, Do you own any color's from Headline Colors?

Lush's Fizzbanger Review

I was so intrigued by the Fizzbanger Bath bomb from Lush that I was happy to not be let down when using it this week!

The first thing was it was super fast around the bath and just kept fizzing from one side to the other, which was great for letting out some amazing bubble's. It also had amazing sweet smell almost like caramel which was lovely as I don't like many caramel smelling product's. I also really enjoyed the popping candy noise which lasted my entire bath! It was really great and just added that extra kick to a really fun bath.

The best thing I loved about it was the colour's. At first I thought it was going to be a normal yellow bath bomb but half way through this lovely deep blue colour came out of the bomb making the water go a fantastic green.

I wouldn't say this was a relaxing product or one to do much to your skin but if you are still a big kid at heart I would 100% buy this product, I can not wait to go back to Lush and pick up a few more. At only £3.20 you can't go wrong!

Lush's Mmmelting Marshmellow Moment Review

I picked up this product after trying the You've Been Mangoed luxury bath melt's, the smell was amazing and I couldn't wait to try it out. It cost £3.85 which I feel is reasonable for the product I used.

It smelt so sweet and sugary, and left my skin feeling really soft and shiny. The product didn't really turn the water bright pink which was what I thought it was going to do but it did fizz and leave a few bubbles.

I'm still to be wowed by the luxury bath melt's, I enjoy using them a lot and can't wait to try the rest of the range but I wouldn't really call them a luxury product.

Do you have any favorite bath melts? Let me know!

Balance Me Radiance Face Mask Review

This product was really surprising, I was excepting a light hydrating mask but it turned out to be quite harsh and really scrubbed at my skin. It's a great little mask though, as you only need it on for 5 minutes it's perfect as a everyday mask.

The smell was really fresh and had a quite a nice spring smell to it, the texture was rough but once scrubbed in it was almost transparent. I did noticed a difference in my skin after using it for about 10 day's. My blemishes seemed to calm down and my skin had a nice little glow to it.

For a full sized product it cost's £18 which is rather expensive, but if you can afford to spend that much on a mask then I would 100% recommend this product to you.

Have you tried this mask or have any dupes worth looking at? Let me know!

April Favorite's 2013

I only have a small list for my April favorites, but they have all been great product's they I have already re purchases or there on my shopping list.

The first product I loved was the Nip and Fab Mango Smoothie, I love this product so much, It goes on so well and keep's my skin feeling refreshed all day. The smell is so intense and lasts all day, for a full size pot it costs £5.90 or you can get a small pot for £2.95. I re brought a pot after getting one in my Glossybox, I brought one from TXMaxx for a fraction of the original price!

My next favorite product is the MUA Eye shadow palette Dusk Till Dawn, I've not found a palette that I've liked all the shades of until I picked this one up. Some are matte while other have specks of glitter in and they go on so well, they are super easy to blend and are great for daytime/evening wear. It cost £4.00 from Superdrug for 12 different colours.

I've also just started using my collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer, I was using the stick version but picked up the liquid one a few weeks ago and it work's so well. It goes on great and blends in nicely, I also don't have to reapply during the day. It cost £4.19 from boots.

Lastly I've been loving the vo5 shampoo range, I'm currently using the Nourish Me Truly pink bottle and can't seem to fault it. I was also is Boot's the other day and noticed they had a buy one get one free offer on the shampoo range so I picked up 2 more bottles! They only cost £3.99 and leave my hair feeling great.

Do you have your April favorite's up yet? Leave me the link!

Lush's Sex Bomb Review

This bath bomb can be awkward to pick up, especially if you are with your parent's or a group of friends! So I was luckily on my own and was able to buy one, at £3.20 it's a great buy.

The smell was amazing and so relaxing, it was really fresh and flowery. It also had a lovely silky feeling to it which stayed on my skin for ages after I had finally gotten out the bath.

It turned my bath water an amazing pink shade and left my bathroom smelling amazing for the rest of the day which I love. Also the lovely little rose in the middle of the bath bomb stayed floating in my bath till I had to pull the plug which was a lovely touch!

I can't wait to repurchase this bath bomb, have you tried it yet? Leave me a link to your review!

The Body Shop Haul

As I was walking past The Body Shop I noticed a great deal 20% of all purchases so I went in to have a little mooch and may of walked out with a few items. As I got to the till I was made aware of another deal 'spend £25 or more and get £13 of a product' So I was able to pick up a Moisture Foundation for free!

I picked up some Bath Gloves for £4 which I needed to start my gradual tan routine for summer, They are in a lovely Coral colour which I may of fell in love with when I saw them.

I then picked up a smooth and soften foot file for £6 which is perfect for getting my feet into summer mode as most the products I've purchased over the last few weeks have been a bit pants.

I was also after a new body moisturizer and found one in my favourtie scent Satsuma, But it was oddly named Body Puree. It was priced at £8 which may be a bit expensive but it does smell amazing, honest!

I then picked up some Exfoliant body scrub's to go with my gloves in the scent's Mango and Pink Grapefruit, which I would normally avoid but I was feeling adventurous and thought I would try something new.

I had then finally spent enough to get £13 of a product so I had a little look in the make up section and thought I would try there foundation so I picked up shade 02 which is light, but I also noticed some blusher and one caught my eye which was Bubblegum, a lovely light pink shade which look's amazing! It cost £8 so hopefully it will look good on.

So all the product's I brought should of cost £49 but with the 20% saving and free foundation it only cost £25.20!

I will do an in depth review into all these product's, Have you brought anything from The Body Shop that you fell in love with?

Love Tea Review*

I was excited to see a post on Twitter about doing a review on some tea, I'm a huge tea drinker and enjoy herbal tea's and love a cup of tea with some biscuits. The company was LoveTea which offer's packages each month from as little as £4.50.

I received my package which fit's through the letterbox, handy if you are not always in. Inside was a leaflet on which tea I had received, a resealable package of tea and three bags which holds the tea. It was all really handy and the reusable bag was a great item to receive as I wasn't able to drink all of the tea at once!

The tea is really easy to make and is all easily labeled, it take's around 3 minute's to set up and get the tea brewing. While I was packing all my item's away and tidying up I left the tea to brew and then as I'm not a fan of strong tea I added some milk.

I was sent Jun Chiyabari Himalayan Imperial Black Tea (which is a bit of a mouthful!) which was established in 2001 from Nepal's. The tea has a really nice fresh taste which was really rich, Once I had placed some milk in the rich and fresh taste stayed the same. It seemed to really relax me and was prefect for spending 30 minutes to myself after a long day at work.

The packages you can get from LoveTea are great they start from as little as £4.50 a month which is free UK delivery and let's you try a new tea from Sri Lanka, Japan, China and India.

Please let me know if you have tried any packages from LoveTea, let me know what you thought.

Richard Ward Couture Hair Review

I have not heard of Richard Ward before before receiving a product in my April Glossybox. I did have a look online for some more review's but couldn't find any Blogger one's, as I was not 100% sure on what the product was meant to do.

It smell's quite fresh and has a light feeling when applied to dry hair. It left my hair looking shiny and feeling really soft which I liked a lot but other then that it didn't really have a wow factor about it. As it is priced at £19 I do think it is majorly overpriced. I will have another look online though in case I'm missing something really important about it.

I will enjoy using the product till it run's out but other then that I'm still not sure what it supposed to be ,So I don't think I will be re purchasing this product. But if you have a review on this product or if you can let me know what it suppose to do please let me know!
