I'm not one to be super trendy but there's certain trends I need to jump on and one of them was sliders, I have seen them everywhere but didn't think I could pull them off that was until I caved in Primark and walked away with a pair for just £4. They are very basic yet perfect for anyone needing a trendy look for this S/S.

Fashion | Double Denim
When it comes to fashion I would class myself as not fashionable at all but this year I wanted to branch out and try new things, so I pushed myself to try to dreaded double denim! This trend is very hit and miss, you either get it right and look amazing or get it wrong and look a fool.
SS16 Nails - Most Worn
This Summer I've been loving light pastel shades on my nails and have decided to share what I've been wearing just like my last post on my lips. So here are my four most worn nail polishes of Spring and Summer 2016!
Barry M Speedy Quick Dry Nails
My most worn has been the Barry M speedy range which has some amazing light summer shades all of which are quick drying. I was very surprised when trying the range as I didn't think they would actually dry quickly but they do! There also very affordable which is great and they always on offer which is even better.

SS16 Lips - Most Worn
This Summer I've been using three lip products the most and have decided to share them with you, I've picked out two lipsticks and a lip gloss so there is something for everyone in this post!
Rimmel Gradual Tan And Toning Lotion
Summer is on its way which brings events and parties meaning getting my untanned legs out! Cue finding the perfect summer lotion to help me gradually tan and look great at my summer parties. I went into my local Superdrug and went on the hunt for the perfect gradual tanner and was surprised to see a Rimmel one. Rimmel is one of my go to brands for make up and I've always trusted them since my teens so picked one up for just £6.99.
Beauty -Avon Gel Finish Nail Enamel
I'm always on the hunt for new nail polishes and was excited to see some in my Avon brochure which were reduced to £2.99, so I picked up one in a lovely orange shade and couldn't wait to give it a whirl. It's a very summery orange/red shade which gives the perfect pop of colour to brighten anyone's day, however I'm not to sure on how gel like the finish is as to me it just looks like any normal nail polish.
Lifestyle - Summer Is On Its Way
Summer is finally here and I've been loving it, yes I may be a little but burnt and already wishing I could wear some of my winter clothes again but bring on the ice creams and BBQs! I may have already had an ice cream and to my shock and amusement I found an ice cream van which sold me a '99p' cone for £1 which I was so surprised at as I'm sure the last time I spent around £2 on a cone and must of been in my teens!
Summer Wishlist 2015
Today I thought I would do a small wishlist for you of things I'm lusting over and wanting to buy for summer so enjoy!
How To Deal With Summer When Your Curvy
I've never really done a blog post on being curvy or overweight before apart from my monthly weigh ins and how my diet is going, so today I wanted to do a post of dealing with the summer sun and being overweight. As I'm currently in the middle of my diet my dress size is now 18 but I have gone up to a size 22 and last year I was that size so I feel like I can give a few good tips on dealing with the summer stresses.
For me fashion has always been one of those you have to be skinny in order to wear nice clothes but recently I have had a more healthy attitude of buying clothes that suit my figure and not given a rats ass if there brightly coloured or shape me. I was always one to wear black and hide behind my clothes but as I'm typing this post I'm sat in a pastel green dress in the garden showing of my curves, I feel like I have grown to love my size so I'm able to wear pretty clothes. One great tip to getting to wear nice clothes is to not shop for a practical item of clothing as I would always do this and when it came to trying on I would come to terms with the fact it didn't suit curvy girls, so instead go for clothing that suits your shape try on as many things as possible and really shop about before making a purchase.

Summer Hit List - Perfume
This is the last in my little series of Summer Hit List! I've hoped you have like this kind of post and have been enjoying seeing what I have been loving, don't worry I have loads more beauty reviews coming up as well as some lifestyle post's but here goes with my two go to summer scents!
The first one is Vera Wang Bejeweled a perfume that I use on special occasions or when I'm going out as it's such a lovely summer scent and last's all day on my skin. It's on the pricey side which is why I tend to use it when going out or special occasions but I prefer using it in summer then in winter.
My second go to product is One Direction's Our Moment, I don't really like there music but there perfume is spot on for the perfect summer scent! I've been using it daily over the last month and love how it smells and lasts all day. It's not to expensive so I don't mind using it daily but it's such a lovely scent and the bottle quite adorable to!
What has been your favorite scent this last month?

Summer Hit List - Hair
This summer as featured in some of my post's you will know I've been loving hair donut's and donut accessories in the shape of cute little flowers to place around the bun. I've got most of mine from Primark as they are nice and cheap at around £2 but my favorite has been the nice yellow one from Topshop for around £6 . I've been wearing it non stop and have been pleased with how well it stay elasticated. I think there the perfect summer accessorize that most people can pull off!
I've also been refreshing my hair throughout the day with a summer fragrance dry shampoo from the range Batiste I've opted for Summer Blush but they were quite a few in the range. After a few hours in the sun and a few hours of sweating it out I like the just spritz it over my hair to freshen it up or remove grease either with my full size bottle or a mini, it's been quite a lifesaver!

Summer Hit List - Nails
A bit of a mixture for nails as I've been lovely the bright summer shades but also the more muted down pastels, but here goes!
For going out on night's out Ciate's Playdate has been my go to product it's bright and summery and seem's to go well with most of my outfit's which I love. Tanya Burr's Little Duck has been perfect wear this summer it's such a nice girly shade that I think I may of over worn it! Topshop's Bounce has been a lifesaver if I've been away from home which seem's to be a lot this last month as it last's for ages on my nails and is a lovely summery orange which I've been loving. For a more toned down shade I've opted for Essie Lilacism and Topshop's Easy Peasy as they have been easy to pair with outfit's and not to in your face yet still a nice summer shade.

Summer Hit List - Lips
This summer I've been loving bright shades and been using a lot of moisturizing products to soothe my lips and I've been especial loving orange lipsticks!
My MAC Morange and Topshop Oh La La have been getting a lot of action recently and I've been doing a lovely day look with Topshop and a impressive evening look with Morange. To create a softer yet still bright look I've been using Tanya Burr's Exotic Island which I love as it isn't as sticky as most lip glosses so doesn't go everywhere and create a mess. To soften and soothe my lips after being out in the sun all day I've been using The Body Shop Blueberry Lip Butter which I love and tend to just sit putting it on all night till my lips are well and truly moisturized, I've also been using The Body Shop's Born Lippy when out and about as it's easier to apply and have been loving the Pink Berry scent as it's a really nice summer scent and a gorgeous shade as well.

Summer Hit List - What's On My Face
I've decided to do a set of post's all about what I've been loving this summer beauty wise, it will be around 4-5 post's long and will include all the product's I've been using over the last month in summer! Starting with Make Up.
For the base of my face I've been using concealer to cover any blemishes and any dark areas I've also been mixing it with my morning moisturizer to create a tinted moisturizer instead of using a thick and heavy foundation. Over the top of my concealer I've been dusting my face with powder so it doesn't look shiny or sweaty. To create a lighter look on my cheeks I've been using my cream blusher with a hint of highlighter, this is to soften my face and create a nice summer glow. I've finished the look with my brown mascara to create a light and bright eye look instead of a dark and smudgy messy look I tend to always get in summer!
All the product's I've used are here:
Revlon Concealer
Revlon Colour Stay Powder
Natural Collection Mascara
Me Me Me Highlighter
Topshop Cream Blush
What have you been using on your face in the summer sun? Let me know below!

Brighton Haul
Last week I went for a mini break to Brighton and of course did a spot of shopping, I explored The Lanes, North Laine, Western Road and Churchill Shopping Centre and picked up quite a few goodies so here goes!
Lush
I picked up two new bath products I've never seen before and the first one is a bright and colourful 'Granny Takes a Dip' which was £3.25 and I also picked up the 'May Day' ballistic which looks rather interesting for £2.95.
Primark
The Primark in Brighton was quite small compared to my local one so I only picked up two items the first being an adorable flower bun with bright yellow sunflowers for £2 and I went for a rather cute summer dress with some cute giraffes on for only £5.
Pussy - It was a shop in The Lanes!
I have been after one of these bunny lamps for ages and finally found one in a rather oddly named shop in the middle of The Lanes for only £4.99 which made me very happy.
The Body Shop
A while ago I saw a review on the Natural Lips Roll On Lip Balm and I was really interested by the product but my local store didn't stock them so I was really happy to see they Brighton has them in stock for £4 I picked up Orange. I also went for a new lip balm in the scent pink berry as I loved how cute the colour was and they scent is rather nice too!
Superdrug
Finally I have some off the Tanya Burr products after searching for them in all my local stores, I went for two nail varnishes and a lip product. The nail varnishes I picked up were Little Duck and Be Bright, Be Happy for £5.99 each and the lip product I went for was Exotic Island for £6.99, I'm really excited to try them out and can't wait to give the lip gloss a whirl as it looks really nice.
Topshop
I wasn't excepting to find any make up in the branch as it looked quite small but there it was a make up stand with all the pretty products on! I came out with just two products as they are on the pricey range for a high street store so I went for a blusher in Head Over Heels for £7 this is a cream blusher which I'm really excited to try out in the summer when it's really hot, and I also went for a new nail varnish is the shade Bounce for £5 it's a really nice nudey orange which I really liked.
So that's it! Everything I brought while in Brighton I hope you enjoyed!

My Birthday Trip To Brighton
I've just got back from a lovely two night break to Brighton and I've had to admit I had a lot more fun then I thought I was going to! The weather was okay a bit of rain here and there but it went nice and sunny for my last day there which was nice.
I stayed in a Hostel which was near all the main attractions and near the train station so I was able to walk everywhere and get around easier. The hostel I stayed at was called Kipps and for two nights in a private room it was £68 that also included breakfast, the staff were amazing at this hostel and it made my break that little easier stopping in such a nice friendly place.
I got up to quite a lot while in Brighton! I visited the Sea Life Center and had a walk along the pier to the amusement arcades, I also ate out a lot as well my favorite place being Harry Ramsden's the famous Fish and Chip restaurant!
I also of course visited The Lanes, North Laine, Western Road and Churchill shopping center for a spot of retail therapy! I shall do a haul post very soon!
