A red lip is a statement look and can make any girl go from cute to glam in seconds, I always pull out a red lipstick when I'm feeling low as it always makes my makeup really pop and almost makes me want to go out and show the world how cute my lips look. I have four that are my go to lipsticks each has it own little must have and reason as to why I love it!

Beauty | Best Of The Glitter Nail Varnishes

This year I've gone  a little over board with the glitter nail varnishes and wanted to share my favorite with you today!

Tanya Burr - Carnival Night
This polish looks like the perfect going out to a party polish, with pretty rainbow glitter specks and lovely berry toned purple polish it's one of my go to uplifting shades. I normally wear this to parties over the festive period and love how it looks on. It was available in the advent calendar from 2015 but you can find it online from £2 up!

This Summer I've been using three lip products the most and have decided to share them with you, I've picked out two lipsticks and a lip gloss so there is something for everyone in this post!

Tanya Burr Galaxy Eye Palette

I didn't really need a new eye shadow palette but once I had glance at this Tanya Burr one I just had to buy it. The packaging is spot on, the eye shadow is spot on and the price is spot on! so it's a win win situation for me and this product. At just £6 for 4 eye shadows it's a great affordable palette to pick up, available at Superdrug it's worth going in just to take a peak at the product.

Tanya Burr I Found Nemo Lip Gloss

I'm a massive lover of the Tanya Burr lip gloss collection and picked up a new one which is the very pretty I Found Nemo from Superdrug for just £6.99. I picked it up thinking it was a new one but found out it was just the packaging that had change, I didn't mind at all as the new packaging suits the products really well.

At the moment there are so many gifts for women it's pretty hard to just pick one, so I'm going to go through some of the best buys in the hope to inspire you.

Beauty - Tanya Burr Nails

A while ago I did a review on two off the nail varnishes from the Tanya Burr range, but whilst I was browsing the TKMaxx beauty section I came across a bargain or three nail varnishes for just £6 RRP £18 so a massive saving off £12 which I was pleased with. The three I got where Fireworks, Mischief Managed and New York Night which are all very different styles!

New York Night
This shade is a very moody dark purple/black which really reminds me of halloween and autumn, but it went on well with just one coat and made my nails look dark and grungy but still quite chic which I liked. This is very much a winter shade but it stayed on my nails for a great time of 5 days which impressed me a lot, as well as having the easy to use large brush.

Beauty - Tanya Burr Pretty Lady Lashes

I've been wanting to try out the Tanya Burr lashes from her beauty range for a while now but as my local Superdrug doesn't stock them I have to wait until I visit a store that does which can takes ages. But on a recent trip to Oxford I went in and found three packets left so picked up the Pretty Lady ones which are the full false lashes and not the individual ones which I would need a lot of practice to get the hand off.

Christmas Lips!

I recently did a Christmas nail post so thought I would also share what I'll be wearing on my lips this month over the Christmas period!

Carmex
I always get cracked and dry lips in winter as I always get colds, so I always need a really nice protecting lip product and this year I've been reaching for Carmex as it works really well against cracked dry lips but also adds a nice shine to the lip while having a nice subtle hint of honey which I really love.

Tanya Burr - Exotic Island
The lipgloss I've been lusting over has been the Tanya Burr Exotic Island as it add a lovely subtle rose hint to my lips while caring for them. It also has such a lovely scent to it that I'm always re applying and over using the product.

MAC - Rebel
When going for meals and events is always easy for me to reach for a more subtle lipstick but over the last few weeks I've been using my MAC Rebel lipstick which is a gorgeous deep dark purple which is perfect for anyone wanted to pull off a more edgy look this year.

Bellapierre - Mandarina
This shade of deep orange is perfect to add a pop of colour to an outfit I'm always reaching for it when I'm having a down day as I find it brightens up my face nicely and is perfect for trips out and about or even as an evening lipstick.

Tanya Burr - Picnic In The Park Review

When I heard Tanya Burr was bringing out new products I panicked and thought she was going to remove her current range in order to make way for a new one but instead she just added to her current line.It did however mean I went and brought her lipgloss in the shade Picnic In The Park, a lovely summer shade that I've been using loads in Winter!

The shade of the product is a very light pink very girly and cute making it the perfect product to add a small hint of colour to the lips. It has the same nice fruity scent which I love as it smells almost like tutti frutti which is a really sweet scent. It doesn't have a sticky residue making it easy to wear and it doesn't get hair stuck in it on a windy day which is great for a lipgloss.

It lasts for around 2-3 hours but as the lipgloss is small and hand bag friendly it's not to much of a bother to re apply during the day. I found the product to be a very summery one and I was suppose to save it for next summer but after using it and loving it so much I've been wearing it quite a lot mostly to work!

It's available to buy from most Superdrug stores for £6.99 which is a great price to pay for such a lovely product!

AW14 Lips

I let you know the other day all about what nails I shall be wearing this AW so I thought I would let you know about the lip products I shall be reaching for over the next few months!

MAC Rebel
This product I wore last year pretty much everyday and I adore it, I wouldn't say it is easy to wear in summer so it tends to say away till my woolly hats come out then it's permanently out and about. It's a lovely rich deep purple shade that last's for ages on the lips, you can buy it in Debenhams, House Of Fraser and other departments store's for £15.50.

Jelly Pong Pong Cranberry
This red shade in my go to product when I'm out drinking it's a lovely matte red which last's a good while on the lips but also moisturisers them really well which I love, it's only available in two shades online from the Jelly Pong Pong website for £12.

Tanya Burr Exotic Island
This AW for lip gloss I'm going to be wearing my Tanya Burr Exotic Island as it's a great berry shade with I think would look good for meals out and events, it has a lovely scent and doesn't have a sticky residue on the lips which I love, it's available from Superdrug for £6.99.

Vaseline Paint The Town Red
For when my lips need a pamper and a bit of a rest I'm going to be using my Vaseline Paint The Town Red lip butter as it's the perfect pick me up product with a hint of red to create a nice subtle winter look, it was a limited edition but I'm sure it's back in stores like Boots and Superdrug for around £2.99.

Beauty By JessB On Youtube, No Are You Sure?

Yes that's right I've taken a massive step and uploaded my very first Youtube video, I was really nervous so I said erm quite a lot and got a bit muddled but hopefully you shall enjoy watching. I'm hoping for some feedback and would enjoy your comments good or bad so please let me know what you think, and of course enjoy me erming my way through my July Favorites!

Tanya Burr Nail's and Lips

I had finally at the start of June got my hands on some of the Tanya Burr range at the Brighton Superdrug and was so excited to try them out. I picked up Be Bright ,Be Happy, Be You and Little Duck nail varnish as well as Exotic Island lip gloss.

The lip gloss has to be my favorite product as the scent it just lovely it's really fruity and smells almost like fruity bubblegum which I love. The bottle is sleek and handbag friendly with a simple black lid and a simply design, the applicator is an odd one it's a flat design which looks quite odd but does make it easy to apply the lip gloss. The gloss goes on well and it's not to sticky or doesn't go on to thick, it last's around 2 hours before I felt the need to re apply which is good for a gloss.

The nail varnish are also great as they are highly pigmented and there is a great selection available, the paint went on my nails easier as it has a classic small brush which I love and it also didn't chip easily making it around 4 days before I felt I had to re apply or remove.

I can wait to select some more products from the range, what are your favorites?
