Makeup Revolution is the perfect brand for affordable and fun products, so when I was after a new red lipstick I went straight to there stand in Superdrug and was not let down. The one product that really stood out was there Rose Gold Red Carpet Lipstick for just £3, this is a 5 set of lipsticks from nude to deep dark violet.

Beauty | Smashbox Be Legendary Lipstick Hire Me
When it comes to high end lipstick they really need to impress me, as I'm 100% one for looking after my pennies, however on a recent trip to my local Smashbox store I was very impressed and happy to pay £17.50 for one of the Be Legendary lipsticks in the shade Hire Me. I was after the perfect everyday lipstick that was fun and sweat but I could also wear to work and this one fitted that perfectly.

I'm a sucker for mini products and could not leave my local Kiko Milano store without one of there mini lipsticks. For just £2.50 it's the perfect lipstick to take when travelling or for an event when you don't have a large bag, there is a great selection of ones to pick from but I picked up Rosy Hibiscus.

Finding a bargain at MAC is becoming more and more achievable thanks to there Goodbye range, which features products there discontinuing at much more affordable prices such as the new lipstick I picked up in LA for a very nice $10.

Browsing my local TKMaxx I came across a lipstick from one of my favorite brands NYX for just 50p! Of course I wasn't going to leave it there and grabbed it before anyone else spotted the bargain, instead of paying £5.50 I was very happy for my 50p purchase.

When it comes to finding the perfect everyday nude beauty product it can get very stressful as there seems to be loads out there and they all claim to be the perfect one. Here's a list of my favorite beauty nude items:
For lipstick is has to be my Soap and Glory Super Nude which is a matte toned basic beige lipstick that looks impressive on the lips to give it a natural and bold lip colour. I find it goes on nicely and doesn't bleed out but lasts most of the day on the lips, it doesn't cake or dry out the lips which is a massive bonus for a matte lipstick.

One of my favorite lip products in my trusty Kiko Milano Smooth Temptation as the pigmentation is amazing, it's long lasting and looks great on the lips. So it was only natural for me to pick up another shade from the range, I went with 02 which is a pretty barbie pink.

Kiko Milano is slowly becoming a brand I know and trust at creating great make up products that do the job at affordable prices. I was browsing there Birmingham branch just outside the Bullring shopping centre when I came across there smart lipstick range, I couldn't help and buy one at the great price of £3.90.

Around two months ago Glamour magazine had a sample sized Clinique lipstick freebie with there magazine and as I always buy Glamour I got my hands on there Cherry Pop lipstick. I've heard so much from the brand Clinique but never tried them out as I was always put of by there prices but was happy to try out the lipstick.

Every girl needs a new red lipstick and I'm not one to deny myself a new one so I picked up one from the Kiko Milano store in Amsterdam and I've not been let down. The lipstick is number 03 which is a very bright red and not one for someone who wants to shy away, so it's very much a going out to a party type of lipstick.

Beauty - Barry M Genie Lipstick Review
I was introduce to a new lipstick by my sisters around two weeks ago and was very much intrigued by it, the shade of the lipstick is bright green and the name is Genie so I was attracted to the lipstick from the word go. The lipstick is from the loved Barry M range so I was excited to see what I was getting myself into, Barry M is a range I always reach for when I'm looking for new lipsticks or nail varnishes.
The packaging is very bright and out there with a bright pink top and bright green bottom with a simple black band and simple black writing it's an odd one but very eye catching. The shade of the lipstick is a darker version of the green shade in the packaging so it's a very bright lipstick to get out when out and about.

Beauty - E.L.F Coral Cutie Lipstick
While I was in New York I went into there TJMaxx to have a look at there beauty items and to my pleasure they had a whole stand of E.L.F products. Even though I know they are available in the UK I couldn't stop myself going and looking through the selection and picking out one of two things.
Beauty - Kat Von D La Femme Lipstick
I have been a lover of Kat Von D since my teens with my biggest wish being to get a tattoo designed and created by her and my second biggest wish to own make up from her range. Sephora have only just brought her range over to Europe but as I was in New York a few weeks ago I went straight over the her stand and began to mooch through. I wanted to buy the whole range there and then but it's quite an expensive one to go for even more expensive then MAC so I opted for a lipstick!
I went for LA Femme a very girly shade of coral pink which is bang on trend for this autumn and winter but I could easily see myself wearing this shade all year round. The lipstick is creamy and glides onto the lips without any effort and blends so nicely to a build able coverage meaning you can go a subtle coral shade of pink or a deep dark rich coral pink easily.

One of the big AW trends this year is nude lips and as I already know I can't pull off a nude lip I decided to go for something as close as possible, so I opted for a rose nude instead from one of my favorite brands Natural Collection.
Collection Field Day Lipstick - Tulip
I've been wanted to get my hands on a matte lipstick for ages now and as I only own one from the brand MAC I wanted to go for a high street version to see the difference and to also see if it was just as good. So while I was in Boots I noticed the new Field Day range from the brand Collection, I had a little mooch and decided to go for the shade Tulip which only cost £2.99.

I'm a sucker for bright lipsticks and seeing MAC's Lady Danger my immediate thought was I need it! so I asked for it for Christmas and have been loving it ever since. MAC is a high street store but a bit more pricey then most shops, the lipstick's cost £15.50 but there 100% worth it.
Lady Danger is a matte shade of a vivid pop coral red which looks fab on the lips, I feel it's one of those shades that any girl can pull off. As it is a matte lipstick it is a little odd to put onto the lips and I feel it goes on a little better if you have a basic lip balm underneath to create a nice soft approach to placing the lipstick on, but once on it looks fab.
It last's for ages on my lips and I've worn it both on a night out and a throughout the day, the long lasting formula took a good few hours and a few drinks before getting to that stage I needed to reapply. They do say in MAC you should use a lip liner with the lipsticks but I find with this one it doesn't bleed out or smudge so I don't really find I need to use it with this particular shade of lipstick.
The lovely pigmentation and long lasting formula makes this lipstick a winner in my books and I'm having a lot of fun wearing it, what is your favorite red lipstick?

Bourjois Shine Edition Mauve Review
I've had this lipstick for quite a while now but have never got around to review it, it's from the range Bourjois which is available at Boots the product cost £7.99 when I brought it around 4 months ago.
The packaging is really nice as it's a silver a mint design which is really fun and girly, it has the lipstick colour showing at the end of the tube so you can clearly see what shade it is which I find really handy. I got the shade Mauve which is a really nice deep pink with added sparkly bits to get the shine, it comes out a really nice deep rich pink on my lips and I find I can style this lipstick out nicely in the daytime aswell as going out so it's a great all round lipstick.
I find I only need to apply the lipstick once and I'm good to go as it has a great long lasting wear which I am really impressed with. It also keeps my lips in nice healthy condition and doesn't dry them up which is a great aspect about the product.
Over all I love this lipstick and with only 8 shades in the collection it's a great product to buy, What's your favorite lipstick your been reaching for this last week?
