I'm never one to make a fuss over eye products as I have the worse eyes ever, with almond shaped eyes it's very hard to find the right products to suit my eyes. However I loved this eye shadow duo and wanted to try it out on my eyes to see if it was any good, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it blended and suited my eyes as well as how well it stayed put.

Kiko Milano Wet and Dry Eyeshadow 221
I'm not one to fall in love with an eyeshadow due to my awkward almond shaped eyes but shopping in Kiko Milano I came across a gorgeous eyeshadow from the wet and dry range. The colour really drew me in and the look off the product really made me want to purchase it.
Bellapierre Cosmetics - Java and Snow Flake
In my recent March Glossybox I got a eye shadow from the company Bellapierre and then when I attended the OxMeet I was given another Glossybox meaning I got two eye shadows to try out. I was given Java and Snow Flake, the brand is quite a new one for me as I've not really heard of them before but I have seen some good reviews from them on other peoples blogs.
Snow Flake
Snow Flake is a really light white with shimmery bits of silver going through, as it's a loose powders I felt I got quite a lot of wear out of it as I only needed a small dab and it covered my eye. It goes on light and has a great build able coverage, I feel it will work well for summer as a nice subtle shade on the eyes.
Java
Java is a brown dark shimmery looking loose powder which at first I was reluctant to try out as it wasn't really my shade. But it works well with a smokey eye and blends nicely to create a dark look on the eye, I did however felt it darken my eyes to much with my eyes being almond and having brown eyes it meant I looked almost like I was squinting.
As well as using them as eye shadows you can mix the powder to make a nail varnish by dipping a clear nail varnish into the powder and painting it on, I have tried this and it worked quite well but did however ruin my pot of clear varnish as I dipped in back in forgetting it had product on and made the varnish a mucky colour. If you have a mixing paste you can mix in to create lipstick, blusher, cream eye shadow and even mascara and eye liner.
The eye shadows are available online and from House Of Fraser at £12.99.

Lush Emotional Brilliance - Focus
While at a recent meet up I went to my very first Lush event and was given a cream eye shadow from the Emotional Brilliance range. The make up at Lush is quite expensive and for a pot of cream eye shadow it is £14.50 so when I was given one to review I was quite happy about.
Focus is a lovely silvery blue cream eye shadow which has a nice shimmer effect, it also contains natural oils to help with sensitive eyes. I found the shade was quite highly pigmented for a eye shadow, it also seem to go on well and not really dry up but didn't smudge after applying which is what I was worried about.
It lasted most of the day on my eyes but as I do have small almond eyes so it did fade a little in the crease of my eyes but I was still impressed with how well it stayed on. The meaning behind Focus is Stay On Track which I found to be quite a nice meaning and it almost match my personality as I'm one to go off track a bit!
So if you do pop into a Lush soon I would highly recommend there Eye Shadows, do you have a favorite shade?

Soap and Glory Eyes Box
In the Boots sale last month I was able to pick up a few Soap and Glory products I picked up the Powder Trip which I did a review on a few days back and I also picked up the Eyes Box for £8, it's a great little set which includes a best selling item and six eye shadows!
Including in the bos was:
Thick and Fast Super Volume Mascara
Smoulder Kohl Waterproof Eyeliner
6 Lid Stuff Eyeshadows Vanilla, Wild Blue, Smokin, Minky, Dandy Plum and Black Gold
The Smolder Kohl eyeliner I've owned before and thought it was a great product it went on well and stays on all day, the only thing I wasn't keen on was that it was black as I have really small almond eyes wearing black eyeliner just makes me eyes look extremely silly!
The Thick and Fast Mascara I used for the first time a few days ago at a meal out and loved what they did to my lashes. They made them really thick and added some layers into my lashes as well as having a large easy to use brush which helped a lot.
The eyeshadows were the main reason I brought the set it was the Vanilla and Black Gold that really made me interested in the box. They are a fantastic matte shade that go on my eyelids well and stay all day, I love how they look on my lids and how they feel they have a nice silky feeling which I adored. The other four shades are great for going out I was really intrigued to try Wild Blue and was not let down its a great light sparkly blue colour which look great on my almond shaped eyes.

MUA The Artiste Collection
I picked up this multi use palette as I loved the marbled eyeshadows which you get 6 of but included in the palette is 2 blushers, a highlighter and a bronzer. It cost around £4-£6 as I picked it up a few months ago it isn't a new release anymore but it was when I purchased it, I love to use MUA products as there are always so good as so cheap as well as having a great range which most recently got moved to its own stand and not a spinning stand which got placed wherever Superdrug had space!
The Marbled effect eyeshadows are great looking and come out lovely you get Pistachio, Mocca, Ice, Grape, Chocolate and Cookie.
The two blushers are lovely shades of pink called Pink Sparkle and Primrose.
Lastly the highlighter is called Shimmer Kiss and the bronzer is called a simply Bronzed.
I think this collection is perfect for people who have just started to be more adventurous with makeup or someone who travels a lot can have all the necessary makeup tools right here in this palette. If it's still available in MUA I would definitely pick it up!

MAC RiRi Her Cocoa Review
The MAC RiRi Eyeshadow Quad comes in Limited Edition Packaging and has 4 warm eyeshadow shades which are Bright Bronze Gold, Soft Peach, Chocolate Bronze and Antique Gold, the set cost's £33 and is currently out of stock on the MAC website but I do know it is available on Ebay.
The packaging I think is great I know a lot of people find it tacky or cheap looking, but I think its different and looks great. I also love the fact is it a magnetic opening which makes it easier I find to open, I'm not to keen on the signature on the front but I suppose thats how RiRi is to make her mark on her products.
In the Quad you get two matte looking shade's which are the Soft Peach and Chocolate Bronze which I think look great for an all over eye look, As well as two shimmer shades with added glitter the Bright Bronze and Antique Gold which I think look great just above the eye lashes over the to matte shades.
The eyeshadow comes out quite light to how it looks in the palette but goes on nicely, it also stays on lovely and I found it didn't smudge or fade during the day.
So over all I was impressed with the eyeshadows and will be keeping an eye out in my local MAC to see if anymore become available.
